About Dr. Craig L. Hill

Professor Hill was born in Pomona, California in 1949. He received his Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1975 under the direction of George M. Whitesides and did his postdoctoral work at Stanford University under the direction of Richard H. Holm (1975-1977). After teaching at the University of California, Berkeley (1977-1983), he moved to Emory University where his is currently Goodrich C. White Professor of Science. Professor Hill's research encompasses fundamental structural and reactivity studies, catalysis, functional nanomaterials and solar energy conversion. He has ~ 20,000 citations with a current h index of 71.
