
This is the start of the PBL process. If you need help in filling out these forms, review the information in the PBL Process. After you have filled all the first four forms, you can proceed to the SELF DIRECTED LEARNING stage of the PBL process.
Read through the information in the CASEBOOK. You will find all kinds of
information. Some information will be useful and relevant and some will be red
herrings. When you are ready, proceed to the forms and fill them out. You
will only be allowed one submission. You cannot edit the submitted
material once it is submitted. Be concise and grammatical.
